10th Superyacht Australia Tahiti Rendezvous

Carrie Carter, Owner & Director of Carter Marine Agencies reviews the recent 10th Superyacht Australia Tahiti Rendezvous!
“It was an incredible experience to be an integral part of the Superyacht Australia 10th Tahiti Superyacht Rendezvous, joining key stakeholders in bolstering Australia’s reputation as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Pacific cruising.
There was a definite ‘buzz’ around the many superyachts in the Marina Taina and the Port of Papeete, as yacht Captains and crews are finally able to plan and execute long distance Asia/Pacific cruising with confidence. Connecting again with like-minded individuals who share a passion for yachting after the unexpected COVID enforced hiatus, and many fresh faces appeared amongst the stalwarts.
The networking opportunities were strong, and I left feeling energized, enthused (and slightly overwhelmed) by the strength of the impending season! Hold on for the ride everyone! Kudos to all the team at Superyacht Australia who make this event possible, and to my travel buddy Kathleen Fergusen, who endured my company throughout the trip, and made the slightly arduous travel delays significantly less painful.
We truly showcased the best of the Superyacht industry in FNQ and the trip left us united and motivated to continue to build the industry and the region. Until next year!
